Refund and Returns Policy

At Vimukti, your satisfaction is our priority. While our products are crafted with utmost care and purity, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery, or
  • An incorrect product was shipped to you.

Returns must be requested within 5–7 days of delivery.

3. Process

  • To initiate a return:
  • Email us at support@vimukti.in with your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, our team will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and purity reasons, used or partially consumed items cannot be accepted for return.

We appreciate your understanding and faith in Vimukti as we strive to deliver only the best spiritual products to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
